Dog of the month: CHOMPS
Name: CHOMPS
Age: 6-7 Years
Breed: Labradoodle
Favorite activity: He loves to eat treats and play with his lam-chop toy(see picture above)
Favorite food/snack: Beef Liver Treats!
Best personality trait: He is very lovable and smart!
Fun fact about CHOMPS: CHOMPS has discovered his love of toys in his older years.
CHOMPS started training with us to work on his reactivity to new people coming into the home, as well as to people and dogs walking by the house. He has worked hard with his grandma on the training plan we put together, and now he happily greets guests coming into the house. After a few barks, he will check in with his grandma when dogs walk by. CHOMPS also enjoys going on walks with our dog-walking service around his neighborhood! He is a great walking partner! CHOMPS is a great example of an old dog learning new tricks! He really loves training, and we are now working on some basic obedience behaviors in preparation for family coming in to visit Thanksgiving weekend. We love working with you CHOMPS, and we know your extended family visiting for the holiday will love you as well!
